How do I make my purchase?

As usual. Select your pickups, amplifiers or accessories and go to your shopping basket. After putting your personal details, you can pay by credit or debit card or Paypal.

Can I buy my pickup or preamplifier on a normal shop?

Yes, you can find the list of authorised shops and distributors.

When will I receive my order?

3 to 5 working days for Spain and 5 to 10 days for the rest of Europe. For shippings outside Europe the shipping time could be more than 10 days depending on the customs and borders of the destination country. For example, a shipment can arrive to New York in 4 days but It won´t be delivered to the courier until the American border releases it.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, once the shipment is ready you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Does my purchase include all the expenses?

Yes, except the taxes that may be applicable for the countries outside the EU. We recommend you consult the border department of your country for more information regarding the imports.

Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?

Yes, you have 15 days to return your order. If the product is in a perfect condition and it´s not being used you will receive a full refund. If the product has been used, or it´s damaged, there will be no refund and the products will be returned to its recipient.

Is there any warranty?

Yes, the warranty for pickups, amplifiers, preamplifiers is one year, as long as the problem is not caused by a misuse. The instruments warranty lasts for 10 years except for the bridge parts.

Can you repair my instrument, pickup or preamplifier?

Yes, at GF Electric Strings we have an agile and economic repairing service for allour customers.
